About Dr. Richardson, ND

Dr. Richardson, ND is the Co-Founder of Insynco Naturopathic and a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). She co-founded Insynco to build the kind of clinic she felt was missing: one that combined data-driven diagnostics with a whole-body naturopathic approach, and made the experience simple and efficient for patients.

Her clinical approach starts with lab work and diagnostic testing. Rather than working from assumptions, she uses blood work, advanced panels, and targeted testing to build an objective picture of what's happening before designing a protocol. That diagnostic-first model became the foundation of how every practitioner at Insynco works today.

Dr. Richardson, ND's primary areas of focus include gut health, skin disorders, and holistic nutrition. She also sees patients for women's health, mental health, fertility, hormonal health, inflammatory diseases, autoimmune conditions, and weight loss. She is a member of CONO and OAND.
